Sorry for not working on this project in the last 2 weeks but i was very busy with my day job. I'm working on a project for one of my clients( I'm a freelancer) and this will take me 2 more weeks to finish. After that I'll start working again on this community. Day 31 - First month over
There is 1 month since i started working on this project and i can say i'm happy with the results.
5 articles from our network got popular on digg. I can't say it's because of the fav exchange or the articles war realy good. Also 12 articles have been on the first page of reddit for at least 2 hours. Also we got some traffic from stumbleupon.
1rstlink stats:
- we manage to get 540 users so far from wich about 100 are active users at least every 2 days.
- people started linking to us
- we got on hot communities on mybloglog
I hope each one of you is happy with the results and lets hope till next month will do better.

Day 26 - New link exchange tool for blogger
This is a new idea i had during last days but from what i know it only works on blogger blogs. Blogger has an widget to add a rss feed to your blog. So what i was thinking is:
1. You insert your blog in the system
2. The system will get last 5 posts from your blog
3. The system will generate a rss feed related to your blog content
4. You insert the feed in your blog using blogger feed widget
In this way you will have your last 5 posts links on a lot of pages of other blogs with similar content.
The system will take care of finding other blogs related to your blog.
So what happens is:
- Your blog will link to 5 blogs (1 per line) from each page of your blog
- Your blog will be linked from 5 other blogs in the system
The cool thing about this is that you will not get only 5 links to your blog becouse google does not crawl sites all at once and becouse of this each page in google index will have 5 different links.
Please tell me what you think and if you want to participate on this.

Day 25 - Updates
I have made a couple of updates:
FavX
1. You can choose the expiration date for your link
2. Some people suggested to add other networks so i added a new type called "other networks" where you can place links from whatever social network you want( like mixx.com ). When there will be at least 3 user exchanging faves on a new network i'll add a new type for it.
NatX
1. I have made a page matcher so when you add a link it tells you what is your best match and it suggest you to link to it.
I'm also working on a new design and on promoting this site so we have more members.

Day 21 - fav checker
More people have told me that users might click the task links but not actualy give any vote. I know about this issue from the day one but have not had time to do anything till now. I have made the checker. For the moment it only works on stumbleupon but i'll add it for a new network each day. Also if you have any sugestions for networks to be added like youtube or anything that you want to use please message me and i'll doit.

Day 18 - Wiki system
I have added a wiki system for FAQ / How it Works
Here will be a common knowledge database where all of us can post tips and suggestions so the new and old users can have better knowledge on how to use our network.

Day 16 - Some updates
I have noticed the folowing things while i used the site myself.
1. The site use sesions and if you have no activity in 5 minutes you have to relogin.
I will store the sesions in a cookie. Also will use cookies for the referral program at wich i have seen that some of you have started to participate and would like to thank you.
2. I have to take down the old site functionality as no one will use it anymore specialy as we have the new natural link exchange system wich is much better in terms of SEO. Also i see that some of you have figured out how it works and started linking.
