I think this new design would be both clear and beautiful...
I think the design looks great as well, but I'll be most happy if the snappy new design builds up the number of people voting--I feel like the number of Diggs, votes, etc have trended down on a per-story basis over the past two months. While I think of it, that would actually be a useful stat (vote-per-story-per-service), so that I could see that in the past week, Digg had a 7.5 vote/link, etc.
Just a thought...glad to see something's getting back up and running with this.
Agree, the new design looks very cool and professional.
